Delivery and installation policy

1. Delivery:

- We offer delivery service in all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- Delivery is free in most cities and provinces in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

- Delivery will be made to the customer's address specified when the order is placed.

2. Composition:

Installation service is available in Jeddah only.

- The service includes the correct installation of devices according to the correct technical specifications and instructions.

- The installation team ensures the quality of work and the safety of the devices after installation.

3. Installation requirements:

- The customer must provide easy access to the installation site and ensure that the necessary conditions for installation are available (electricity plug and water source).

The customer is responsible for fully preparing the installation site before the technician's arrival (providing a suitable electrical outlet, a suitable water source, drainage, and easy and safe access to the site). If the technician arrives and finds the site unprepared, the customer will be charged a "failed visit" fee of (50 riyals), and the appointment will be rescheduled.

4. Appointments:

- A suitable date for the installation process will be determined in coordination between the client and the installation team.
