Installation service is available in Jeddah only.
Installation fees are determined and presented to the customer before order confirmation.
The service includes installing the devices correctly according to the technical specifications and correct instructions.
- The installation team ensures the quality of work and the safety of the devices after installation.
3. Installation requirements:
The customer must provide easy access to the installation site and ensure that the necessary installation conditions are available (electricity plug and water source).
4. Appointments:
A convenient date for the installation process will be determined in coordination between the customer and the installation team.
5. Warranty:
- Warranty is provided on products that depend on electricity and the warranty is for two years.
